                               RESOLUTION NO. 19350
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT
                   OLSEN HENSLEY FOR THE PROVISION OF
                   ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING SERVICES RELATIVE
                   TO THE PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
                   FEDERALLY MANDATED NPDES STORM WATER PERMITS
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-SIX
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($46,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and City Finance Officer 
be
       and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an 

       Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley for the provision of
       engineering and consulting services relative to the preparation
       and implementation of the federally mandated NPDES Storm Water
       Permits for an amount not to exceed $46,000.00.
